With a construction budget of $254,430, the borrowers contributed their own capital alongside the loan and stayed on a timely renovation schedule, delivering quality work that attracted a strong buyer. Although the loan had a 12-month term with a maturity date of September 2025, the project was completed and paid off early in July 2025. Originally projected to sell for $338,000, the property ultimately closed for $490,000.
